Sim registered to wrong number

Can anyone help please, when I have activated my new SIM it has registered against the wrong number and I am unable to speak to anyone about this. Live chat was useless as did not understand the question

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

Did you receive a replacement SIM and activated this onto a different iD number such as your partner or family members?
