Sim swap

I have upgraded my phone and gone from roll over to monthly I was sent a new sim and advised to use this as my service would be better, I activated the sim on my mobile app and it’s still saying no service?

Hey @Cal,

Now that you've activated the new SIM via the mobile app, can you confirm if you've swapped over to the new SIM?

Try removing the SIM, powering down the phone and then after 10 seconds reinserting it and powering it back up.

Try both SIMs, just incase the old one is still active.

Let me know what happens.
