Hey,got upgraded phone and new sim. Lost the activation barcode. The code should also be on the card but it's the wrong number of digits. Can't get through to a person to ask. Please help

Hi @Steven47,

If you add the digits: 89442001 to the start of the number that you see on the SIM card itself, it should let you activate it. There should be a further 11 digits to follow. Let us know how it goes.
