Still receiving bills for dad's phone (he passed away in April)

Hi, just got an invoice for dad’s old phone, but he passed away in April. Can’t find a way to get in touch to cancel his contract - please could someone at idMobile contact me?

Hi @random1234, we’re very sorry to hear of the passing of your father and wish you and your family our sincerest condolences there.

We’re going to send you a private message on here now so that we can help further.  We’d just need to see a copy or clear photo of the Death Certificate and we’d be able to bring any account(s) in his name to a close by our Bereavement Team.
