So I have an ID contract mobile that gave me 500mb a month but I use a different ID Mobile sim card and swapped the number to this 2nd sim card but I want to see if I can upgrade my handset. I cannot remember the original mobile number to be able to log into the id app to check and obviously the call centre is closed,anyone give me any useful advice?

Yes I have registered with the sim I am using but that is not for the contract phone,that is just sim only..that wont tell me how long is left on my contact phone and whether I can upgrade yet or not
I pay £12.99 for the contract phone which gives me 500mb of data and then £10 for an id sim card that gives me 7g of data,I figured If i could upgrade my phone in might work out cheaper for me
