Hi, I’d like to switch from pay monthly to pay as you go. From what I can see it looks like this isn’t possible?

Hi @box, unfortunately this isn’t currently possible. What you can do though, is PAC out to another network SIM, and then PAC back across to a new iD Pay As You Go SIM.

Thanks Rory, seems odd that it isn’t possible, but understood. Can I also check if Wi-Fi calling is available on PAYG?
