Switching mobile number from iD mobile to iD mobile

Hi,

 

I have just bought a new phone on iD Mobile and i am trying to swap numbers around.

 

I already have a number on iD mobile i want to keep, from a sim only contract i have.

 

I was wondering how i swap the number from my sim only contract on another iD Mobile account, to my new phone from iD Mobile?

Hi @Joe Harper,

Unfortunately there is no way to do this I’m afraid. You will have needed to upgrade your existing number to the new plan. You will need to return your new purchase (here) and then upgrade your current number if you wanted to keep your number.
