My contract with you has finished, I’m still getting charged each month and I want it to stop now. However, I want to keep my number. I’ve got my PAC code and I’ve ordered a new sim from another provider but it hasn’t arrived. I’m worried I’m going to be charged for another months payment from you that I’m not using before it arrives. Can I cancel and take my number without having a new sim yet?

Using the PAC cancels the plan, so if you cancel the plan before using the PAC, the PAC code won’t work.
Have you tried contacting your new provider directly to see if they can accept your PAC early so that when your new SIM arrives, it has your existing number on it?
