i want my old number to transfer to my upgraded sim. how does that happen

Hi @Mikeunited,

When you purchase an upgrade, your number will move over to the new plan automatically. Did you purchase the upgrade through your account online?

I want to change my I'd mobile number with my wife's number.She is on 3,I can get a pac or stac number but I don't have my original receipt,what can I do?
