I have recently purchased a new phone from ID with sim and want to cancel old contract but app is not allowing me to do that. I have already ported/moved my number to my new contract on ID. Please help?

Which network is the old contract with?
If you transferred that number accross to the new contract, then the number should have left your network, thus cancelling the contract with them.

Or are you advising you are already with iD and want to transfer the number over to the new contract? It’s not possible to port from 1 iD plan to another.
