Unable to call and text
I recently upgraded my contract. I received a text on my new phone saying that my new sim card is now active. I can now start to use my minutes, text and data. But the only way I can use any of those features is if I'm on the Wi-Fi. I have called and sent texts using the wifi which came up as my same number but it's no good if I'm in a place with no Wi-Fi as it will mean no one will be able to contact me and I will not be able to contact anyone. I want to know how thus problem can be sorted as soon as possible

Your new SIM card may need activating before you can use it. Are you able to log into your account online or through our app to do this?
