Unable to checkout when purchasing upgrade

Hi,

I’m trying to upgrade my phone, but every time I enter my bank details at the checkout it tells me I have timed out straight away, and the payment doesnt proceed.

Hi @n.long,

I am sorry to hear about that issue, does this message appear when you submit the details? Have you tried another device?

Also, when you are entering in your address details, does the billing address that you have given us match the one that your bank has for that card? If not, this can cause issues too.
