I have a plan with Immobile. Will I have to cancel the old plan or will it automatically be transferred to my new plan?

When you upgrade your contract there is nothing else you need to do. Your number, direct debit date and bank account will stay the same and you will continue to be billed at the time as you used to. When your new phone and sim arrives then just insert the new one in the new phone and login to your account then you will receive a prompt to activate your upgrade sim card and you good to go.

When you upgrade your contract iD Mobile will always send you new Sim Card which is just a replacement for your existing one. It is not new number or new deal, it is just simply replacement to your current Sim.

Hi I have received my new phone and SIM card. Transferred everything over to my new phone, but In new sum number to activate and it says already in use.
Messages, phone calls are still coming through my old phone and not my new upgraded one. Why is this?
