Update on my upgrade

Hi I submitted an upgrade order on Monday the 9th of November and reverse email saying that order was being processed and I would then receive an email once dispatched. I then received another email the same day saying that the phone I had ordered was not expected in till November, which I knew. The email then said that it would go ahead processing the order, credit check etc. I have had the initial payment for the phone taken out of my bank but have not received any emails to say if processing was complete and if I was successful in getting an upgrade! There have been no further emails, junk/spam folders checked. Any ideas?

Hi @EmmaW,

When you log into your account, has your plan changed at all? This would usually indicate that the upgrade will have been successful but you should have received delivery information too.

Thanks Ryan, the mobile was delivered on Friday and then we received the delivery email 😂.
