Hi I submitted an upgrade order on Monday the 9th of November and reverse email saying that order was being processed and I would then receive an email once dispatched. I then received another email the same day saying that the phone I had ordered was not expected in till November, which I knew. The email then said that it would go ahead processing the order, credit check etc. I have had the initial payment for the phone taken out of my bank but have not received any emails to say if processing was complete and if I was successful in getting an upgrade! There have been no further emails, junk/spam folders checked. Any ideas?Â
