I upgraded to a Sim Only contract yesterday.

I was told by Customer Service that they would send me out a new Sim card, but I did not need it as my old Sim Card would continue to work.

Everything was fine yesterday, however today my sim has stopped working. I cannot make or receive calls - I think that I have to wait for my new Sim card to arrive - but I thought I could carry on using my old one!

What can I do?

Hi @lgould,

It sounds as though a new SIM card was added to your upgrade order and should be on it's way to you. We wouldn't be able to reactivate your old SIM card, so you'll have to wait for this one to arrive I'm afraid.
