I am due for my upgrade today but why am i not entitled to just choose any phone? samsung galaxy s10 plus is not even listed but it is if i am a new customer ??

Hi @tonimariekirby

You can always call sales team using id Mobile contact page. If your upgrade offer does not include phone that you want sales team is the one to help you with it. This is how I got my upgrade because I wanted the phone that wasn't offered to me so I called and got it.
