My contract is nearly finished and I decided to upgrade for sim only this time, can I do this online in ID app?

Yes, you can certainly upgrade your contract and move to a SIM-only plan.
All you need to do is follow the below steps:
Simply log into your iD account
Click My Account
Then click Upgrade now
Find the SIM-only option
Then find the deal and complete the upgrade. This will automatically replace your contract with a SIM-only plan and then you can use this plan moving forward.
