I am due my upgrade today as I was informed last week. But today it won’t let me?

can I actually speak to a real person and not a robot before I cancel this silly contract?!

We don’t have telephone support available I’m afraid. Our Live Chat Team is monitored by employees of our company and it can be found here. If the chat bot cannot help, you can choose to be put through to a member of the team.

In regards to your upgrade, have you tried to view them through your app or account online?
