I upgraded my phone but have received a new number. I did not want a new number, just a new phone. How do I go about keeping my old number? I am now paying for two contracts as I need to keep my old number.

Are you sure it is a new number? The reason why I am asking its because when you upgrade your contract iD Mobile will send you replacement sim card for your existing number which will have the same number as your current one, that's where the confusion might be. It is recommended to swap it over and activate it on the App or Account.
