I can upgrade to a new phone now. There is a deal on black friday early event for the s20, would the deal get better is i wait till the 27th November?

It’s impossible to say at this stage we’re sorry to say.
A lot comes in to play with price changes. Whether it be from the manufacturer or just trend shifts in the marketplace as a whole.
I can’t personally imagine it would shift by much (if anything at all) though if it’s just entered this new sale already.
