upgrade but no phone

Hi, I upgraded to a new plan and phone. The plan is in place but there’s no word of my handset, not even an email apart from the initial confirmation. It’s been just over one week.

What should I expect?

Have you had any updates since you last posted here?

What phone was it you selected when upgrading?  (including model and colour)
