Upgrade deals

When attempting to upgrade from a SIM only it only shows the option of a 1GB data plan and the upfront fees on iPhones are much higher than what it would be on a new contract with ID? 

 

For example iphone 11, on the normal shop it says upfront fee is £49.99 but on the upgrade section it only gives me the option to take out a 1GB plan with a £129.99 upfront fee.

 

Does anyone know why this is and if this is an error?
