Can I upgrade early?

my hubby has broke his phone and his upgrade is due in 3 wks ....is it possible to upgrade now as he needs his phone and needs to keep him number....even if it means a few quid extra. None of the phone numbers work for iD. Only other option I can see is if just goes to a different network to keep his number

Hello @Mitzi666,

 

Upgrades are only available in the last 60-days of the contract or after 6-months of being on a SIM-only plan.

 

It’s not possible to pay a fee to upgrade early at this point in time,
