I really want to upgrade my phone, I've been with you for nearly 1 and half years but can only upgrade on April 2019 on my app. Can I not upgrade early by swapping my current phone? It has no scratches at all and looks like new. Or even for a fee? Thanks

With ID Mobile accounts that are in 24 month contracts, it's only within 60 days of that contract coming to a close in which options would open up for you to upgrade early. So in your case, this would be sometime around February of next year.
If you're unhappy with your current phone though, and would like a change for a little while. The best thing I could think of for you would be to potentially look to trade your current phone in or sell it, and put the funds raised towards a SIM-Free phone for you to pop your ID Mobile SIM in and make use of your monthly contracted tariff.
