Hello there…

 

New here (be gentle)

 

Recently upgraded my sim only deal. Will it automatically upgrade my current sim or do I need to activate a new sim? Will I need to move my number over to the new sim?

If you’ve received a new SIM card, we’d recommend activating that (you can find out how by clicking here). You won’t need to move your number over if it’s an upgrade to the existing SIM, your old number will go to the new SIM automatically upon activation.
