I am looking to upgrade my account with more data. I have tried ID mobile app but found a better deal from a comparison website with ID Mobile. I have to purchase this new deal from the comparison website.
Can you please tell me how will it work out with my current plan? There is a price difference but how will it roll over? I don’t want to be charged twice in the same month if I upgrade and I want to keep the same number too.

If you buy a new plan through a comparison website then you will not be upgrading and you will be left with two contracts I’m afraid. If you did this, you would need to port away your old number to another network and then bring it back onto the new plan.Â
