Maybe i'm wrong on this one, apologies
Though the iD upgrade FAQ's do advise you can pop into any Carphone Warehouse as an alternative to going online or through the app providing you're eligible.
Maybe this is just for a chat though for advise if you should need it.
Must have made an assumption as i was reading it.

Just to clarify. Carphone Warehouse does not provide upgrade option for ID Mobile. They only sell new contracts to the network. An upgrade can be made using your ID Mobile Account on the App or my.idmobile.co.uk
Upgrade are kind of personal offers for each customer and you can look through your options using mentioned above Account that you registered with ID.
Alternatively you call call sales team using this page here
Of course nothing is stopping you to pop in to Carphone Warehouse if you would like to chat about some handsets or need help choosing the one that is best for you but the process itself needs to be done online.
