Upgrade my current sim only offer

Hi

I currently a sim only customer (3 years) with ID Mobile and I would like to upgrade to a different ID mobile offer how can I do this and keep my current number?

Will I have to buy the new sim then transfer my old number or can I do it with my current sim card?

Hi @CWallace34, if you go to the iD Mobile App you should be able to view all the upgrade options there, both handsets and SIM only. Which ever you pick, your plan will update automatically, so you won’t need to worry about transferring numbers over.

 

If there aren’t any options displayed in the App, please get back in touch and we’ll look into that for you.
