I have tried 11 times to upgrade my phone. 11 times 0.01p has been taken from my account but the transaction has appeared as unsuccessful on the iD mobile site.

We are sorry to hear this. The code can only be used with certain phones on certain plans so please ensure the one you’re trying is eligible.
Are you seeing this issue through the app or through the account online? We would recommend trying using both methods. Your monthly bill will still be taken unless a cancellation has been processed, but once the upgrade goes through then you will be moved to the new plan and overpayments (if any) will be refunded on the next bill.
