upgrade online wont work

When i try to upgrade and select an option, it just keeps saying ‘your basket is empty.’ What can i do?

I am sorry to hear this! Are you able to try upgrading using a different method? You can do so via a web browser or via our app so please give both a try if possible.

Great thanks for that it worked. I actually want to just take out a sim only deal when my current contract ends. If purchase that will I be able to just continue with my old phone and old sim? The only options in the upgrade section are for a new phone as well.
