upgrade order problems

I was recommended a Samsung A51 upgrade package on 26th May, I placed the order but got an email saying phone out of stock and to wait to hear. 2 days later the phone is still showing as in stock online and I haven't heard any more about my order.

Please contact Live Chat team they should be able to advise you further. 

They’re available between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am- 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
