Upgrade ordered 48 hrs later still nothing

Upgrade was ordered Wednesday night around 9.15pm. Confirmation of order ref number received. 48 hrs later still no depatch email saying it’s been sent out. Not happy :(  Been trying chatbot all day to speak with agent but keeping saying no agent free. Any ideas? 🤔

When an agent isn’t free, you’d usually need to wait on the line and one will become available.

What phone did you order?

When you log into the iD app/account is this showing the new plan you ordered?
