Upgrade payment

Trying to upgrade to sim only but transaction won’t complete past 1p stage. Have tried twice and 2x 1p payments pending from bank account but ID says it has been unsuccessful. 

What do i do?

Hi @Pip1,

 

Have you ensured that the name and address the card is registered to is the same as the details used to place the order? What you’re describing sounds as though they don’t match you see.

I really need a upgrade  I mean need New handset

My plan set I am eliglble next year but any chance i could raise  The Bill and get New handset

Unfortunately the earliest we are able to help with early upgrades is within the last 60 days of any current contract with us expiring.

If you have damaged your phone, then the best we could suggest would be to either have the phone repaired or seek an alternative SIM-free handset to make use of your iD Mobile SIM card with just until you get to the point where an upgrade would be open to you next year.
