At end of 24 month contract (paid by direct debit), looking to upgrade to sim only deal. I get stuck at the 1p payment I think this is because
- the name on the account isn’t the person paying but
- the direct debit is already set up and has worked for 24 months
- the card used to try and pay the 1p matches the direct debit and registered address.
Hopefully some way around this as parents must pay for their kids phones . What is the 1p for anyway?
