Upgrade SIM

Hi   I’ve just upgraded my phone and gone to activate the SIM.  I get a message stating SIM already activated, but my old phone is getting the phone calls not my new one.  Any guidance?

Hi @mark.sprague,

You should be fine to continue using your old SIM card if it still works after trying to activate the new one online. We will send you a PM anyway to help further with this just in case you need our help.
