Upgrade SIM account not updated

Hi, 

I recently ordered a sim only upgrade from £10 month 10Gb data only to 12 month £10 30Gb data, unlimited calls, unlimited texts. The order ref = 113623258. The upgrade was found on the internet. 

I received my new SIM yesterday, put it in my iPhone 11 Pro Max, opened the iDMobile app and activated the SIM using the bar code on the SIM. 

It’s now been over 24 hours and my plan details have not been updated. If I try to ring the given phone number it says calls to this number are not allowed. 

Please can you help?

Sorry to hear that.

 

When you say “ordered a SIM upgrade” did you do this via the website when logged into your iD account?

It sounds like you ordered a new contract instead of an upgrade.

Is your old SIM still active?

The old sim is active for data but not for phone. 
 

I definitely ordered an upgrade. 

I just want what I ordered:

SIM only, 12 month £10, 30Gb data, unlimited calls, unlimited

As advertised on your website/app.
