Upgrade timescale

My option to upgrade is due tomorrow. I can't seem to do anything online until then. How long do I have to decide to accept or move my contract? I don't want it automatically renewed, but I can't do anything online and live chat is unavailable. Thanks

Hi @Rossi5000,

Your contract will not automatically renew, so you can take as long as you'd like to decide if you'd like to upgrade or not.
Once your minimum contract term has expired, your contract will continue on a monthly rolling basis until you either cancel the connection, or process an upgrade.
