Upgrade within 30 Days

I purchased a new sim card (cancelled old one) with ID Mobile on Sim Only and I've come to the conclusion that I need more data than I have on my current plan. Unfortunately, I can't upgrade to a new plan because of having the new sim card for less than 30 days. Is there any method to get around this 30 day limit to upgrade my plan?

Welcome to the iD Community!

Unfortunately there is no way to get around the 30-day rule. Just get in touch with us as soon as you have had it for 30-days and we'll see what we can do to up the allowance.

In the meantime, if extra data is needed, I would recommend purchasing one of our data add-ons to see you through.
