Upgraded incorrect mobile number

Recently upgraded my wife's phone from carphone warehouse, purchased a plan to go with it, only trouble is i registered my number instead of my wife's phone number, how can i change this, unable to get into the id app

As your upgrade has been done on the incorrect mobile number, we would need to look into returning the upgrade and then reprocessing the upgrade under the correct mobile number.

When did you visit the store, to do your upgrade?
