just upgraded my tariff and for some reason got sent a new sim card followed all the instructions to activate it but still nothing after a day and a half 😡 not very happy, ive been with ID now for quite a few years never had a problem with it up until now
Hey Will no its not, I've been on live chat today they are sending me a new sim card so fingers crossed I'll be back up and running next week
