How can I check what phone I can get before I'm eligible for the upgrade service?

Hi @Kitkat1765,

When you are due to upgrade (within your upgrade period), you can log into your account online or through our app to view all phones available to you.

I havent received my upgrade but have been sent an email saying my new sim is now activated but I havent had that either ?????

Hi, I placed order on 25/11 and still have no reference/mobile received. It was an upgrade & sim only plan. Apart from 1p taken from my bank account there is no confirmation from you and it suppose to be next day delivery for the handset.
