So, it’s impossible to actually speak to an agent! Chatbox a waste of time and there’s no queue to join for agent just ‘try again later’ totally unacceptable. I actually want to spend money! I wish to cancel my current sim-only plan and upgrade (however at this rate the 30-day deadline will expire). WHY can’t I just SPEAK to someone?????????????

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with trying to get in touch. If you want to upgrade, you can simply log into your SIM-only account online or through our app and then view your upgrade options from there. You can also cancel your plan there too:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online
  • Go to the ‘My Account’ Page
  • On the ‘Manage my plan’ tile, select ‘Thinking of leaving’
  • Select ‘End your iD Mobile plan’ and follow the instructions
