So, my new phone has arrived which I got from upgrading from my old phone with iD. Now I want to keep my number so do I just put the SIM card from the old phone into the new one. Or do I have to activate the new SIM card that came with the new phone?

It is recommended to insert the new sim card. Now that you received it you can login to your Account or App and it will prompt you to confirm that you inserted it. Your number will stay the same as it is connected to your Account.Â
