I have numerous upgrade offers when I login to my ID account.
I have two questions:
- If I select an upgrade offer from the list, which includes a phone. I just want reassurance/confirmation that it will be posted out and due to your contact centre being closed, there won’t be any issues.
- If I wanted to discuss upgrade options with someone or I am thinking of leaving, is there any way of doing this?
I have got my PAC code, so I understand if I did end up switching, I can take my number across.
