Upgrading phone

Hello

I have numerous upgrade offers when I login to my ID account.

I have two questions:

  1. If I select an upgrade offer from the list, which includes a phone. I just want reassurance/confirmation that it will be posted out and due to your contact centre being closed, there won’t be any issues.
  2. If I wanted to discuss upgrade options with someone or I am thinking of leaving, is there any way of doing this?

I have got my PAC code, so I understand if I did end up switching, I can take my number across.

Please be assured a handset will be delivered if upgraded. 

Unfortunately we do not have a telephone upgrade service due to Covid-19.

Hi, I was in the process of upgrading yesterday evening but after 8pm the person I was speaking to disappeared, can I continue with the upgrade as I would need to at least be in another chat.

If you log in to your iD Mobile Account, through either our website -or- the iD Mobile App. 

You should within either of those two places be able to see Upgrade options available to you there.

Alternatively, if you haven’t already since, you could try speaking to our Live Chat Team again online as you had tried previous.
