Upgrading plan to something not on the list

Hi,

 

I want to upgrade my plan for more data.

But when I go in app to look at the options there is only one choice available, and that doesn’t really suit my needs.

Would I likely get more options if I phoned someone?

Welcome to the ID Mobile Community

You need to be a customer for more than 6 months to upgrade!

Or you need to do it this way...

From your Dashboard select My Account then select ‘change my plan’

from there you can upgrade, there should be more options available!

Can you give us a bit more information on this.

 

Are you on a handset contract already or on a SIM-only plan?

Hiya,

 

im on a monthly mobile contract, looking to increase my data by a large amount.

the only option in the menu is 5gb extra for £5 a month extra.
