urgent contact at ID

This is my3rd attempt at writing a question on this community. I need to get in contact with someone at ID mobile. My 24 months are up and now I own my phone I want to switch to a sim only contract as I can’t afford to upgrade as I’ve lost all my income. Can someone please email or call me?
