Rang the bank, correct address as on ID mobile, same name on card everything is correct but won’t verify on ID mobile for the upgrade.  ???

Hello @Teebfd 

As long as the billing details match the billing details of the account, we can’t see why this wouldn’t work.

Please make sure you’re using a UK Bank card and if you’re using a virtual bank, try a non-virtual one.

Alternatively, just try a different card.
