I have had a iPhone 6s on contract for 2 years. I’ve always made payments on time apart from the odd occasion I’ve had something come out my bank. My question is what type of upgrades will I be offered. I would be looking to upgrade from my 6s to the iPhone 11 but would they be more likely to offer the iPhone 7 or 8 or do they generally always offer the latest mobile as a upgrade ? I’m not due my upgrade for another 2 weeks so I can’t yet see what I can upgrade to.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a list of phones that are available to confirm this way, as the upgrades are selected automatically based on your account and each persons eligibility is different.
When you’re eligible to upgrade, simply head to your account and click Upgrade now.
All the available handsets will then be shown and you can browse the available plans for this handset.
