When will my upgrade begin?
I've been with ID for nearly 2 years and recently chosen to upgrade to a Honour 9 lite, with a cheaper monthly deal. Since my original contract hasn't ended, when will the monthly deal change over to the new price?

The upgrade should kick in as soon as it's dispatched.
You'll receive a pro-rata bill for this month but your normal billing should resume on your next bill date.
The same applies for your allowances.
You can check the app to confirm this.
