when will you fix the upgrade not complete issue

hey

It’s been mentioned many times on the community chat. I’m one of the many people who are unable to upgrade their phones, with a tab saying unable to process your order. 
Are you taking steps to fix this error on the website? 
I have tried 5 times with two different cards, still struggling. 
please help,

My bank approves the transaction during the security check and then as it goes back to ID this comes up.

Have you been able to try another card?

Has this been the issue thats prevented you from upgrading?

Hi  

I have tried multiple cards and all are approved during the security check, when it then proceeds it links me to this error, after taking a penny from my cards. 

 

Omg ...I'm having same trouble....what is going on ID???
